Welcome to the It's Our Nature To Know Webinar Series! In the first episode of the series, join Evan DeLancey, Fiona Gregory, and Agatha Czekajlo as they discuss the ABMI's new Alberta-wide Wetland Inventory. This will include: 1) technical details on how the inventory was generated using Google Earth Engine, Earth observation data, and machine learning for three ecoregions in Alberta; 2) areas of research and development to improve wetland mapping/monitoring data moving forward; and 3) how this tool can be used in land-use decision making.
